What will you be doing at Miniclip?

 

Cloud Infrastructure Management:

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud services.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and performance.
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of cloud services.

Development Support:

  • Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide cloud-based solutions.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and tools for automating infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.

CI/CD Pipeline Management:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes to ensure rapid and reliable delivery of software.
  • Integrate various tools and platforms to streamline the development and deployment lifecycle.

 

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and other teams.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for?

 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Expertise in using AWS Services, such as EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS, EKS
  • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong background in software development, with proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
  • Extensive experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins.

 

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • Experience with other CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and agile methodologies.
